Important: New DDWeb Login & Access Information
Hello DDWeb Family,
As part of the launch of the new DDWeb website, all members will now access their accounts through the DDWeb Access Portal.
To log in, you will need to use the new username and password that Eric Boston set for you during onboarding to the new platform. These credentials are now your official login information for DDWeb.
Please note:
- Only the credentials issued during onboarding to the new platform will grant access
- These credentials give you access to your private DDWeb account
Once logged in, the DDWeb site includes:
- Payments & Account Management
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Help Desk / Ticketing System
- Tutorials (video and document-based)
- Announcements and Updates
- Additional resources as they are released
All official communication and updates will now live inside the DDWeb member portal. Please make it a habit to log in and check the Announcements section regularly.
If you experience any issues accessing your account, please use the Help Desk on the site so we can assist you promptly.
