Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service termination are handled for DDWEB. By using DDWEB and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
- Manual Payments & Verification
DDWEB operates on a manual payment system.
- We do not accept credit or debit cards.
- Payments are submitted through third-party applications such as CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
- All payments must be manually verified before service is activated.
Because of this manual process, refunds and reversals are handled differently than automated billing systems.
- No-Refund Policy (Primary Rule)
All payments are non-refundable.
Once payment is submitted:
- Setup resources are allocated
- Account preparation begins
- Onboarding access is reserved
- Support and scheduling capacity is committed
For these reasons, no refunds will be issued after payment is sent, regardless of usage, attendance, or completion of onboarding.
- Service Activation Requirement
Submitting a form or scheduling an appointment does not activate service.
Service is activated only after:
- Payment is received
- Payment is manually verified
- Required onboarding steps are completed
Failure to complete onboarding does not entitle a member to a refund.
- Cancellations & Non-Participation
If you choose not to proceed after submitting payment:
- Your payment remains non-refundable
- Your access may be paused or terminated
- No credits or carry-overs will be issued
If you fail to:
- Attend a scheduled onboarding session
- Follow onboarding instructions
- Comply with setup requirements
your onboarding may be delayed or canceled without refund.
- Payment Errors
Members are responsible for:
- Selecting the correct payment amount
- Selecting the correct payment frequency
- Using the approved payment methods
Overpayments or duplicate payments must be reported immediately. Any resolution is at DDWEB’s sole discretion and may be issued as a credit, not a refund.
- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Because payments are manual:
- Chargebacks and disputes through third-party payment apps are strongly discouraged
- Attempting to reverse a payment after services have been initiated may result in immediate account termination
Any disputed payment may permanently revoke access to DDWEB services.
- Service Termination by DDWEB
DDWEB reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for:
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Abuse of staff or systems
- Credential sharing or resale
- Failure to comply with onboarding or security requirements
Termination for cause does not qualify for a refund.
- Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are granted only in rare, exceptional circumstances and solely at DDWEB’s discretion. No guarantees are made.
Any exception must be approved in writing by DDWEB administration.
