Welcome to DDWEB. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DDWEB website, member portal, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using DDWEB, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DDWEB. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. Account Registration & Security
  • DDWEB is a private, members-only service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
  • You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

DDWEB is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

  1. Service Description

DDWEB provides access to web-based services and related support resources. Service availability may vary based on device compatibility, internet quality, geographic location, and third-party platforms beyond our control.

DDWEB does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  1. Payments & Billing
  • All payments are manual.
  • DDWEB does not accept credit or debit cards.
  • Accepted payment methods include CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
  • Service is not activated until payment is received and manually verified.
  • Quotes provided to customers also serve as invoices if the customer elects to proceed.

You are responsible for selecting the correct payment amount and payment frequency.

  1. No Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable.

Because services require manual setup and onboarding, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued once payment is submitted and verified.

  1. Onboarding Requirements

Access to onboarding materials, scheduling, and support is granted only after payment verification.

Failure to:

  • follow onboarding instructions,
  • complete required steps,
  • attend scheduled onboarding sessions, or
  • comply with setup requirements

may result in delayed onboarding or denial of service.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share or resell access to the Service
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten staff or other members
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or security features

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

  1. Community & Communication

DDWEB may offer internal communication tools, announcements, or community features. Participation is optional but subject to community guidelines.

DDWEB reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or remove content or access to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

  1. Third-Party Services

DDWEB integrates with third-party platforms such as hosting providers, scheduling tools, video conferencing services, analytics tools, and payment applications.

DDWEB is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • DDWEB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • DDWEB’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 30 days.
  1. Termination

DDWEB reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for:

  • violation of these Terms,
  • misuse of the Service, or
  • operational or security concerns.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

 

 

  1. Changes to These Terms

DDWEB may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

GENERAL / GETTING STARTED

No. DDWeb is not a public service. You must sponsor anyone you refer service to.

No. Telegram is no longer the official means of communication and will not be used. All transferring members and new members should use this website for official announcements. All updates, instructions, and links are ONLY posted here.

APPS & DEVICES

DDWEB supports TiviMate and the DDWeb App. Your onboarding instructions will specify which app(s) apply to you.

One account may support 1-5 devices. However, customers are welcome to have multiple accounts.

No. Account sharing is prohibited. Each account is for the authorized user only. Sharing credentials may result in termination without refund.

We recommend the Amazon Firestick 4K or 4K plus. You can purchase these Directly through Amazon or through this website.

Because we will set it up for you and then mail it out.

PAYMENTS & RENEWALS

DDWEB accepts:
CashApp Venmo
Zelle
Chime
PayPal
Credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, checks, or cash are not accepted.

You may choose monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual billing. Payment is made up front for the selected period.

No. Payments are manual. Renewal reminders are sent via email and text prior to expiration.

Submit payment using an approved method, upload payment proof through the payment portal on the website. Service is not renewed until proof is approved.

Uploading payment proof is required to verify payment, apply it to the correct account, and prevent service interruptions. Payments without proof are not processed.

If payment and proof are not submitted by the renewal deadline, your service will be suspended. There are no grace periods. Access is restored only after approval.

SERVICE & TECHNICAL ISSUES

Buffering is usually caused by internet speed, router security settings, device limitations, or network congestion. DDWEB does not control your internet provider or home network. Also, your router may be too close to your DEVICE. If issue persist, submit a ticket?

A stable, high-speed internet connection is required. We suggest AAAAAA Public Wi-Fi or mobile hotspots may result in poor performance.

Spectrum, AT&T, Frontier / Verizon, Comcast.

DDWeb provides general setup guidance only. We do not offer full device repair, internet troubleshooting, or in-home technical support.

SUPPORT & COMMUNICATION

Support is provided through the platform in this order:
• Chatbot
• FAQ
• Video tutorials
• Support ticket submission (if needed)

We offer support 24/7/365 via the chatbot and a manned (human) help desk during select hours. All assistance must follow the established support process. If an issue is escalated to Eric or Tracie, they will call you.

Usually a few minutes to within a few hours. Response times vary by issue type and volume. Submitting duplicate tickets may delay resolution.

COMMUNITY & POLICIES

Announcements, updates, memorial content, and official notices. It is not a support chat.

No. There are no exceptions. Failure to follow instructions may result in delayed onboarding, suspension, or denial of service.

No. DDWeb does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

No. Eric provided amazing one-on-one service to as many peoples he could which also added an enormous amount of stress on him. DDWeb cannot provide personalized service at that level, there are too many members. The member-only website is designed to provide you with everything you need to keep your services up and running.

Sometimes. We only make house calls under VERY limited circumstances by appointment only, trip charge and hourly fee.

DDWeb operates on clear rules and structured processes to ensure fairness and efficiency for all members. Failure to follow instructions may result in delayed service or account termination.
